Every pack has an address. Send it and the recipient gets a card showing what is inside with a button to add the whole set — no searching, no app store, nothing to install.
The link works outside Telegram too, which is the part that makes a pack able to travel.

share The distribution is already built
Most things you make have to be published somewhere and then found. A sticker pack does not: the link is the whole distribution system, it previews itself when sent, and adding is one tap with nothing downloaded that the person notices.
Which means the only real question is where the link goes. In a group it spreads by people using the stickers in front of each other, and that works far better than announcing it. Somebody sends one, somebody else asks where it is from, and the link goes round again.
For anything public the pinned message of a channel or a line in a bio does more than a post, because a post scrolls away and a pack has no expiry.

Use the pack where people can see it. The link is a formality once somebody wants it.
