Before you write
- We are not Telegram. We can't unlock accounts, restore messages or lift limits. For your account, use Telegram's own support: in the app, Settings › Ask a Question, or telegram.org/support.
- We will never ask for your login code, password or wallet recovery phrase. Anyone who does — even in our name — is trying to take your account.
- Many common problems already have an answer in Fix or the FAQ.
