These terms apply when you use TGWAY (tgway.com). By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. An independent guide

TGWAY is an independent, unofficial guide to Telegram. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC or Telegram Messenger Inc. Telegram's official website is telegram.org. "Telegram" and the Telegram logo are trademarks of their owner; other names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

2. Our content

The guides, screenshots we take, illustrations and page design on TGWAY are ours and protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Please don't republish whole guides or images without permission.

3. Channels, bots and sticker packs

Channel, bot and sticker pack listings point to content made and owned by other people. We do not claim ownership of it. A listing is not an endorsement: channels and bots are run by their owners, who can change them at any time.

If you own something listed on TGWAY and want it changed or removed, email help@tgway.com with the page address. We will act on it.

4. Copyright notices

If you believe material on TGWAY infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@tgway.com with the subject "Copyright notice". To let us act quickly, include:

  • your name and contact details, and your signature (typed is fine);
  • a description of the work you own;
  • the TGWAY page address(es) where the material appears;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

These are the elements of a notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). We remove or disable access to material when a valid notice is received.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use automated tools in a way that disrupts the site, try to access parts of the site that are not public, or use our contact address for spam or harassment.

6. Outside links

TGWAY links to Telegram, app stores, channels, bots, Mini Apps and other websites that we don't run. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or transactions. Following an outside link is at your own risk.

7. No warranty

We check guides against official sources and real app screens, but Telegram changes often and mistakes happen. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TGWAY is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or the third-party services it links to.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
