Telegraph is a page at telegra.ph with a title, a name and a body. You type, you press publish, and you have a URL. There is no account, no setup and nothing to configure.
Paste that URL into Telegram and the message gets an Instant View button, which opens the article inside the app rather than in a browser. That pairing is what makes it worth knowing about.

The editor is the page. Selecting text brings up the formatting; there is nothing else to learn.

Telegraph has no accounts. Open the page, write, publish. The name you type is whatever you want it to be, and the resulting address is public to anybody who has it.
What you get is a clean article page: headings, bold, links, quotes, images, and embeds from the common video and social sites by pasting a link on its own line. It is deliberately a small set, which is why the result always looks tidy.
Instant View is the other half. A telegra.ph link shared in Telegram opens as a native page in the app, with the app's own theme and typography, no browser and nothing loading. On a poor connection the difference between that and a normal web page is the difference between reading and waiting.
