How to Share Screen in Telegram Group Video Calls: Dual Camera & Display Streaming, App Window Selection & Audio Routing Guide
Inside a group voice chat there is a button that broadcasts your screen to the room. Phone or computer, no extra software, and the audio from what you are showing can go with it.
The button is easy. What is worth ten seconds of thought is what else is on that screen, because a room of thirty people finds out at the same moment you do.

A shared screen joins the call the same way a camera does: as a feed other people can pin, look at full size, or ignore. It replaces neither your audio nor your camera, so you can talk over it and have your face beside it if that helps.
On a computer you are usually offered a choice between a single application window and the whole display. Take the window. On a phone it is the whole screen by definition, and the phone's own recording indicator appears while it runs — that indicator is your reminder as much as anybody's.
The sound of what you are showing can travel with it on desktop, which is what makes playing a clip or a demonstration work rather than becoming mime.
