Not worth sending without a time
An away message is an automatic reply sent while you cannot answer: outside your opening hours, on a set schedule, or whenever you are offline. Unlike a greeting, it answers everyone who writes during that time, not only new people. The detailed advice is in setting an away message.
"Currently unavailable" leaves the customer exactly where they were and sends them to a competitor. An away message earns its place only when it says when you will be back and what to do if it cannot wait.
Choosing when the away message sends

Setting up an away message
- Open Settings › Telegram Business › Away Message and turn it on.
- Write it with a return time and an urgent route if there is one, such as a phone number or another contact.
- Choose the schedule, and for a holiday set both start and end.
- Set Recipients so friends do not get your closing notice.
- Read it once from another account before you leave.
