Write the answer once, properly
Quick replies are saved replies you insert with a shortcut. Type a slash in the message field and your shortcuts appear; pick one and the text, along with any photos or files saved with it, drops in. The point is not speed for its own sake: it is writing the answer you have already typed twenty times once, carefully. More on choosing and wording them is in using quick replies.
Which quick replies to make

Creating a quick reply
- Open Settings › Telegram Business › Quick Replies.
- Add a shortcut name that is easy to type, such as prices or hours.
- Write the message and attach any photo or file it needs.
- Use it in a chat by typing a slash and the shortcut.
- Edit one line before sending so it fits the customer in front of you.
