Why did @Stickers bot reply with: “File dimension is invalid” even though my canvas is 512px?

Telegram requires that at least one side is EXACTLY 512px, and the other side is ≤ 512px. For instance, 512×512, 512×380, or 240×512 are valid. But 500×500 or 512×513 will be instantly rejected. Additionally, make sure you send the asset as an uncompressed File, not as an auto-compressed image attachment.

What happens to our custom group emoji reactions if our community drops below Boost Level 4?

If Premium subscribers reassign their boosts or cancel subscriptions and the group falls below the required boost threshold, the custom emoji reaction feature is paused immediately. Existing reactions on past messages remain visible, but members will no longer be able to select the custom pack for new reactions until sufficient boosts are regained.

Can non-Premium users use custom emojis in their regular chat messages?

Within regular chat text, custom emojis embedded inline remain a Telegram Premium exclusive privilege. However, in supergroups boosted to Level 4+, non-Premium members CAN freely use the group’s custom emoji pack as Message Reactions without possessing Telegram Premium.
