Anyone doing business on Telegram keeps a list in their head: this person is waiting for a quote, that one has paid, this one needs a follow-up tomorrow. Things slip out of that list. Colored folders put it on the screen.

Turning on folder tags
- Create folders for each stage in Settings › Chat Folders; see setting up chat folders.
- Give each folder a color while editing it.
- Turn on Show Folder Tags on the Chat Folders screen.
- Add chats to the folder for their stage, and move them when you finish replying.
- Show Folder Tags - puts each chat's folder name in the chat list
Tags only appear once you have folders; with All Chats alone there is nothing to show.
