The media editor will put stickers and custom emoji on top of a photo or a video, at any size, anywhere on the frame. They stay animated on video and are flattened into the picture on a still.
Custom emoji are normally a paid feature. Placing them on media is not, and there is one more place they are free that almost nobody uses.

Each sticker or emoji you add is its own object until you send. It can be moved, resized, rotated, put behind or in front of another one, and removed. Nothing is committed while you are still editing.
What happens at send time depends on the medium. On a photo everything is flattened into the image, so an animated sticker becomes the frame it was showing. On a video the animation is kept and plays along with the clip.
That difference is worth knowing before you spend time choosing an animated one for a still photograph.

The use worth remembering: an opaque sticker is a better redaction than a blur.
settings Adding them
- Attach the photo or video and open the editor Tap the thumbnail to go full screen.
- Open the sticker tool The smiling face in the toolbar. Your packs and the emoji set are both there.
- Tap one to place it Then drag to move, pinch to scale, twist to rotate.
- Layer as needed Newly placed items go on top; tap one to bring it forward again.
- Check at full size before sending Especially if it is covering something.
