Sticker packs sit in a row along the bottom of the panel, newest first, which means the pack you use every day sinks as you add others. Holding one and dragging it moves it.
Two minutes of reordering and archiving turns the panel from something you scroll into something you use — and the order follows your account to every device.
What you will be able to do

Holding a pack icon in the tray lifts it — the drag happens in the panel itself, not in a settings screen.
reorder The row is yours to arrange
By default the newest pack goes to the front, which suits the moment you install it and nothing afterwards. Dragging a pack along the row fixes that permanently, and the arrangement is stored with your account rather than the device.
There is a second way to do it in the sticker settings, where the whole list is shown vertically with handles. That is faster when you want to rearrange several, and it is also where archiving and removing live.
Archiving is the one to prefer. A removed pack has to be found again; an archived pack leaves the panel and stays in your account, one tap from coming back.

In order of effect: favourite five stickers, archive most packs, then reorder what is left.
settings Doing it
- Open the sticker panel The icon beside the message box.
- Hold a pack icon in the row It lifts, and dragging moves it along.
- Or open sticker settings Settings, then Stickers and Emoji, for the full list with handles.
- Archive what you do not use From the same list.
- Favourite individual stickers Hold a sticker anywhere and add it to favourites.
- Then use the emoji shortcut Which is what you will actually do from now on.
