When you buy Premium or Stars inside the app, you are buying a service from Telegram with the safety nets of a normal purchase. The collectible items on Fragment are different: they are recorded on the TON blockchain and held by a crypto wallet, which is what lets them be owned, transferred and resold.
That brings the rules of wallets with it. Payments on Fragment are made from a wallet and cannot be reversed. An item held by a wallet belongs to whoever controls that wallet, so losing the wallet can mean losing the item. And a price shown on the site is only what someone is asking, not what the item is worth.
