Mandatory Security Requirements for Ownership Transfer
To prevent unauthorized takeovers from compromised accounts or SIM-swap attacks, Telegram enforces two strict server-side cryptographic guardrails:
1. Two-Step Verification (2FA) Requirement: A cloud password must have been active on the creator's account for at least 7 consecutive days. 2. Current Session Age Validation: The session on your active mobile or desktop device must have been logged in for at least 24 continuous hours.
If either condition is unmet, Telegram will reject the transfer request with a security cooldown alert.
