Telegram Business is a set of tools that turns an ordinary account into a place customers can message. It is included with Telegram Premium at no extra cost; there is no separate app and no separate account. You switch the tools on in Settings, and the people writing to you need nothing. Where to start with Telegram Business
- Open Settings › Telegram Business. It appears on Premium accounts.
- Fill in hours first, and location only if customers visit you.
- Add a greeting and an away message that name a real reply time.
- Write a handful of quick replies from questions you already answer daily.
- Leave chatbots for last, and only if you know who runs the bot.
